We kick things off by reviewing existing growth opportunities that your team has identified. We map out critical customer flows and identify key points of friction. We turn ideas into testable hypotheses and help you prioritise.
Product analytics assessment
We review your existing product analytics to assess whether it’s adequate to enable experimentation, results interpretation, segmentation and, ultimately, decision making.
Tracking plan
We put together a comprehensive tracking plan with a focus on clear and enduring event naming convention. We help you prioritise events for the your initial instrumentation plan, so you can start experimenting sooner.
Instrumentation (optional)
We help select the right analytics and experimentation tooling and implement your tracking plan.

With event tracking instrumented, and experiments prioritised we move into experimentation. We work with you to create two experiment sheets for the first two hypotheses you want to test. We help you design the experiment and analyse the results.
